Some of you will know, some of you won’t know that I work for a company called Bakedin. I’ve only been there a couple of weeks and they are the ones who have me inspired by cooking again. HOWEVER, this is more of a “I made their chocolate brownies!” kind of a post than a recipe post.
I do highly recommend you try it their brownie mix though, Joe (MD) really knows what he’s doing with the recipes.
I added too much butter on purpose to the recipe though because I like really gooey brownies (and clogged arteries*) and they last for ages and stay lovely and moist.
*do try to enjoy as part of a balanced diet. And no that does not mean a brownie in each hand!
